Rack Cards
- The most commonly ordered size is 4 x 9
- Colors can be 4/1 or 4/9 on 14pt. C1s or C2s
- Choose Coatings range from Aqueous, UV or Varnish

Rack Card File Setup
Please make sure your file is setup in one of the following formats:
TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG OR.PDF
RESOLUTION:
All images should be a minimum of 300dpi, maximum 350dpi for printing at the actual size they are used. Images created at 72dpi for the internet are not suitable for printing and will pixelize.
COLOR MODE:
All files for Color printing need to be created CMYK. All files for Black and White printing need to be Greyscale.
BLEED:
Any item with color or image out to trim edge of sheet must bleed off the sheet by .125". If page doesn't bleed, please leave a .125" margin from the trim edge to the page items.
CROP MARKS:
Please make sure your files have any necessary bleeds pulled. If making a PDF file, please make sure no compression is on (so it will be High Res), and include bleeds and printers bleed marks, trim marks and crop marks.
FONTS:
Fonts must be imbedded in the .pdf file, must be converted to outlines in .Eps files, and included in the Quark files.
QUARK FILES:
If submitting Quark files, you must include the Quark files, all related fonts, and all related supporting files such as tifs and eps.

When we print your Rack cards we use your custom text, logo and/or custom graphics. If you have a previously designed full-color rack card, you can simply upload your file to our vendors to print!

In the past, rack card printing and design has been a hands-on, laborious process for both the supplier and the customer. Not anymore with our services you simply tell us what you need or submit the print ready rack card file and it will be printed as requested.
Rack card options:
- Four color coated glossy and uncoated rack card paper stock selections
- Need more rack card room? Choose 7.875 x 9 with half fold for 4 panels of rack card information, or 11.875 x 9 for 6 panels of rack card information. Both fold to a finished rack card size of 4 x 9.
- Add a perforation to your rack card to include a discount coupon or business card on your rack card.
