What is a bleed?

If none of your artwork reaches the edges (is at least .125" inside of the cutting edge) than you don't need a bleed. If you artwork goes to the end of the page and is at the cutting edge, then it does need to bleed off the page by .125". This is so there is no white showing after it is cut.
